Return & Refund Policy
Return Period
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent without request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Please check your order after receiving it.
If the item is damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us immediately so we can fix the problem.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Sale items
Gift cards
Custom or personalized products
Used or damaged items (not due to shipping)
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item first, then place a new order.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank processing time may take additional days.
